My focus is to help you be the best you can be. Individual counseling, couples counseling, and marriage counseling can be beneficial for most people. I especially love helping people with ADD or ADHD issues, marriage or relationship issues, difficulties with depression, anxiety and several other core issues. . Helping people heal is one of the greatest benefits I get from doing therapy.

I also do testing to help determine how I can best serve you, if it is needed and desired. Testing has benefited many of my clients.

I promise to be there for you every step of your journey. Using counseling services my goal is to help you address your ADD or ADHD issues, depression, anxiety, couple issues and much more. Dealing with ADHD and doing Couples counseling are two of my favorite things to do to help others.

My goal is to help you grow from your struggles, heal from your pain, and move forward to where you want to be in your life.

VIdeo Chat is also an option for all clients. Using a computer or phone you can do secure therapy from any place without having to travel. Due to Covid-19, I will be doing all my sessions remotely to assure greater security and safety for myself and my clients. Counseling services for individuals, marriage therapy, and couples counseling can easily be accomplished via video chat.

In addition to doing testing for ADD ADHD, I really enjoy helping individuals and families identify specific tools and strategies that will help them deal with ADD ADHD issues at home, school and/or work. This too can easily be done via video chat.

New Client Intakes and Downloads

INSTRUCTIONS

Please download the files that are appropriate for your situation.

Do this only after you have contacted Russ and have an appointment.

Everyone needs to download the Welcome and Policies file. The HIPPA form at the back of this file must be signed and returned.
Adults also need to download the Adult Information File. Should be filled out and returned.
Couples need to Download the Couple Intake File. Should be filled out and returned.
Parents should download the Information from Parents Form file for children. Should be filled out and returned.
Parents must also download the Consent Form for Minors File. This must be signed and returned before therapy can begin.

All confidential information will be sent or received using an encrypted email called Hush. You will get an email from me after your initial session is set. You can then return your information to my encrypted email.
